Hi, I am rebuilding a 4 bolt crankshaft engine, and need to know which way the brass Spigot bearing is fitted flat side towards the crankshaft or lipped side. In my defence I did not remove the said bearing, and don`t want to give myself problem.

Raised section faces the gearbox.

I thought with a 4 bolt Crank there was a Bronze Bush not a Needle Roller with a Lip.
