Yes but not fully revealed in that picture, this shows how compact the fan is.

This is my installation of a pair of fans bought off eBay after checking the power rating and flow rate of the fans. I made a frame from aluminium angle bought from B&Q and bolted it to the steel end frame of the radiator.
