HI
I have the head and sump off and have removed all the 11 bolts that secure it to the block.
The cover rotates slightly but I can not get it to pull away completely from the backplate
I am reluctant to force or leaver it before quizing you good folk
incase I have forgotten something and dammage it.
Any Help Please Thanks John

It'll just be the o ring and sealant around the water pump John.
Should come away with a good tug and twist but obviously avoid prizing it with a screwdriver

You need to split the front from the back plate.
There is a small bolt just below the water pump three.
