Otter switch bracket

This is fitted to my 1974 +2. Are there any purists out there that can tell me whether Lotus fitted this. If they didn't, I shall assume the first owner had it made up or made it himself. Jim

Never seen one of those so would lean towards it being a home made improvement. Looks like a great idea. Can you post an in situ pic to see if it is as elegant as it looks.

No, nothing like this ever fitted by Lotus. Lotus simply relied on the grip of the rubber grommet on the body of he Otter switch. However, this looks like a nice modification.

usually just wired in through rad.
