Waterless coolant

Has anyone changed to waterless coolant, if so which type and what is your experience. I'm thinking of using Evans waterless coolant, as I'm getting towards filling my cooling system which is currently dry following a full rebuild so this is the best time to do it as I wouldn't need to flush out all the water before adding the waterless coolant. I have all new hoses, a reconditioned radiator, a fully flushed heater, only unknown is that the water pump has sat dry for some years.

Stick the word "Evans" In the search box and you'll find plenty to read....

I have always used normal anti-freeze for +40 years and no problem.
I suggest you watch the pump as they can tear the seals if turned over dry

I've never been inclined to depart from good ole anti-freeze. My Elans and Europa cool fine. The key is to have a fan THAT WORKS! Jim
