Putting the car back together and I have found the bonnet to cam cover clearance is nil.
Looking at this thread it would appear that the height between the top of the new mounts I have purchased and the bit that attaches to the chassis is 28mm not 23mm as noted in an earlier post.
Can someone advise what the bonnet and cam cover clearance should be and also would it be ok to slot the mount by 5mm?
