Create a flick wipe?

Toad's headlamp dip switch has a built in flasher function. This was disconnected as some point, presumably 'cos its a bit useless.

Could I use this to create a flick wipe? Brown wire from the switch (permanent live) to the existing wiper switch?

Contacts 4/5 are the return to park circuit? Therefore 2 or 3 would be the one to use?

See any problems with this?

I have a starter button thingy that is wired into the wiper park circuit mounted on an auxiliary panel under the right hand side of the dashboard. One press - one wipe. Simples!!

A battery to 3 ( fast ) on the wipermotor will set it off ( 4 on the switch , I think ) , mine was red/yellow or Light green.

Ah you noticed!! Strobes - yes well I do have a problem growing up and years ago I got so fed up with motor homes blocking the roads in the Alps and other mountain roads I thought that I would try a few mods to aid attention getting! I already have a set of old Italian police horns, two note alternating, and also fitted two triple alternating white strobes behind the grill. All illegal I know but it does work!! Strobes from Whelan in the USA.

That reminds me , I had two spots fitted behind the grill , with two flick switches on the centre console , on in the up position and on ( spring loaded ) in the down position , below the two white lamps in the picky.

Deft flicking of the first and index finger shifted most vehicles in front...

I just rely on Joe Lucas for strobing lamps and intermittent horns
