The Lotus parts list For the Plus 2 shows the way all the subassemblies fit together in exploded diagrams - it’s invaluable if you are rebuilding a Lotus

Parts manual is on rdent site:
http://rdent.com/manuals/plus2/

I think you need:
http://rdent.com/manuals/plus2/body/bbs.htm

The metal bracket fits on the outer edge. The trim pieces are secured to the under edge of the dash with screws.

Hi Aurelien,

What year is your +2? The dash trims are different between the early and later s models.

http://rdent.com/manuals/plus2/body/bb.html Part no #5, a small metal plate with 2 studs welded to it. There are two, one at each edge of the dash panel. If you have the original panel you should find x4 small screw holes where each plate fits.
The part shown in your first photo attaches to the plate and the courtesy switch (#22) holds the other end to the body.
#23. This appears to be a bracket for the bonnet release, my car has a different version that is screwed to the edge of the dash panel.

I am not near my car to take a photo.
I also note that your gear stick does not appear to have the anti sizzle fitting that puts the stick further away from the dash panel.
Hope this helps
Adrian

edited to add part numbers for clarity and additional content (#23).

dash attachment bracket

I found this on my phone. Each small rectangular bracket is held on by x4 very small screws. I got the screws from a railway modelling shop.

I found small-enough screws at my local big-box 'home improvement' store.
