looks like this one, with six buttons:

I do not have the correct knobs..it came to me with a bag of knobs...but in my research today i realise I don't have the original ones, but I do have the original chrome backplate and the bulb holder is intact !
It is unusual in that it can be divided into two parts, so the face part will fit in a +2 ! but you still have to find somewhere for the other half.
I do not know if it works..
If anyone is interested in it, let me know
