Elan window motors

Anyone been in here. I was overhauling one and it locked up, although clean. I had mixed up cases, I believe, as I was working on three. Usual script when pulling armature out, it won't pull out without the brass bead shaped bearing coming with it. Usually when heavily corroded. Then it won't go back because of the serated washer teeth direction.
There are 3 depressions in the end of the case from the spot weld holding an internal disc. I drilled these out. Cleaned and put back with small screws. Very fiddly with magnet strength. Tried rivets but could not centre the disc.
There is a nice felt washer in there to lubricate, so even if you don't have to go in there, you can drip quite a decent amount of oil in. Yes, i scratched my paint. :)

Morning Mike
Can you put one of your window motors aside for me .
I was hoping to start ticking off all my jobs but shift patterns at work are about to change as things get more complex over the next few months so will not have the time I was expecting.
