Headlight vacuum system

My 72 +2 130S was partially disassembled on purchase. I am now looking the the headlight vacuum system. The bits I have are shown in the attached photo.

I am assuming that the broken Tee piece on the end of the plastic pipe should be connected to the manifold and the chassis tank with the rubber pipe connecting to the headlamp vacuum cylinder. Is that correct?

My Lotus manual shows a completely different solenoid valve, so again I’m assuming it’s a later part? Where and how is this solenoid located? It appears to have no fixings and looks like it may have been held by some adhesive.

Thanks for the picture. It looks like I need to fabricate a strap but I don’t need a replacement solenoid as I suspect mine is a later version.
