Federal Sprint Running Light Question

Dear Lotusphiles,
I am pretty sure that on a Federal Sprint the front running lights (not side markers) should be on when all the other running lights are on but I just want to make sure before I start my detective work. All of my side markers and tail lights are on but the two amber lights in the front are not. They do work as indicators, however.
Any help would be appreciated.

I thought at first you were referencing the little white/clear thimble lights, but since you said amber/yellow turn signals, now I know. My federal sprint, the amber/yellow front lights are BOTH turn signals AND parking lights, on with the light switch (not vacuum headlight raising switch). Hope this helps.
