Install Petronix distributor

My shop manual is in a safe place. I just am not sure right now where that is. Can someone scan the pages for removing the distributor. Head doesn?t need to come off, does it. The space is so tight it?s hard to tell. Thanks, Dan

Dan, the head (and carbs) can stay in place. Just don?t turn the engine until after you re-install it.

Just remove the dizzy cap and rotor and release the clamping bolt and you should be able to pull it up and out with it just clearing the underneath of the carbs.
