Is this Starter Solenoid Goosed?

Hi All
This solenoid has a loose terminal, but is this ?normal?? As you can see, the bolt does firm up when the nut is tightened.
Keep as a spare or get rid?

Looks fine to me, if using another connection on that point just use another nut to secure it after first tightening the first nut.

Hi
It should have come with a second nut to tighten the terminal stud before any terminal lugs are installed.
