My S4 is a 1968 model, an early S4. The indicator stalks are Triumph, bought from Moss or Rimmer, I can't remember which. The stalk was a different length, perhaps Lotus altered them, but otherwise the same.

unfortunately mine is the earlier type of stalk, with the flattened plastic bezel.
