Trying to locate one in Canada (or USA), that won't cost an arm and a leg. Found on Amazon, but shipping is more than 2x the price of the part.
Any help is appreciated.

Problem solved... ended up being cheaper to order from the UK, even with shipping and exchange rates.

I?m fitting an 17 ACR alternator and have purchased the plug mentioned above but it?s really the wrong hand. Looking at the rear of the alternator, the plug I have and the one in the photo above would have the wires coming out of the right hand side which is towards the engine block, I really want one where the wires come out the left hand side to link up neatly to the wiring harness. Has anyone managed to get one like that or know where they can be obtained from. They all seem to be made by AMP and you can?t easily modify them to get the wires out the other side as the retaining clip is not central so won?t fit.
Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine!
