Dip/ Indicator/ horn Switch

Hi all,
My 69 plus 2 has a combined dip / indicator/ horn push switch (right hand drive). It has sadly disintegrated (or rather the araldite the previous owner used to stick it together has disintegrated). Part no. is 050 M 6020 according to the manual.
These do not appear to be commonly held by usual suspects (SJS etc.). Does anyone know of a suitable replacement part?
All suggestions very welcome.

I think it is a ford part, maybe ford Anglia 105E or something like that.
It was a long time ago when i had a 1968 +2 but i think the steering column and different things were Ford. Not Triumph as on later models

Perhaps it's from a Mk1 or 2 Cortina. Looks very similar to this -

Thanks for this chaps.
It seems Mk1 Cortina is the multi function device Mk II seems to be indicator/ or flasher. A Cortina forum has suggested an early Mini, or even a Land Rover unit. Also found something on a kit car builders website which may be suitable.
When I find the definitive answer I'll post it up, but any further definitive suggestions will be welcome.
Cheers

It's a long while ago but I think the stalks come from a Triumph Spitfire

In the end it turns out it probably is a FoMoCo item- the binnacle around the steering column is stamped thus. Via a comment on a Ford Cortina restoration blog I found a suggestion that an old Mini stalk would work.
One was sourced from Somerford Mini ltd part 13H7779 for Mk 2/3 Mini. Diameter is a little big for the column but clamps on ok with some packing. Wiring matches and now back to flashing nicely.
