Indentify these dash lamp (not lotus)

I'm not having much luck identifing these lamps.
I need 3 for my MK1 escort restoration.
Thought I would it a try here,
Its the lamp in th bottom picture

The lamps you are asking for are the higher ones with the red and green "bulb" or the lower (recessed) ones ?
