Dash Pad Id?

One of the few things in the pile-o-boxes that makes up my +2 project was the dash pad, looked pretty clean. So of course, it's the wrong damned one. Can anybody ID this, is it an Elan?
If I know what it is, maybe I can get it to somebody who needs one. While I - yet again - search for what I need (sigh).
