Question on S4 dash switches

Hi - What does this set-up do?

On what car? On my Sprint, there's a button on the bottom of the dash, near the steering column, points down, that tests the 'brake fail' light. My button resides in the plastic under dash trim/valance but it looks like you're missing that piece and someone mounted it rigidly to the dash.

I think the the push switch is a test for the brake failure light as stated above.

I think the slide switch turns the emergency flashers on/off
