I have a pair of Bluetooth speakers and run either radio or mp3 from my phone through the speakers....easy.....
nothing intrusive......nothing visible.......

For what it's worth IMHO, , fitting a DAB radio is a retrograde step !

In my daily drive, the DAB signal is intermittent when moving ( as you do in a car!).

Much prefer FM signal, I can't really tell the difference in sound quality, but believe me the signal is much more reliable (using FM band).

Where did they think this DAB up from?

Forget DAB.

The same people who gave us Digital TV and chicken farms: commercial pressure, more of with lower quality and dignity.

This is covered by Henslow's Law which states "For every advantage of a system there are two disadvantages".

In DAB's case the number of stations is increased but the quality is lower and it can't cope with poor rf levels (any more than Digital TV can).
