Wiring Dashboard

I am about to start wiring my new S4 RHD dashboard with a new cable loom. Studying a couple of photos on the website I am not sure of the routing of the main part of the loom that wires up to the main switch bank. Is it best to route the loom below the switches and fasten it to the dash with a few P clips or should it be positioned above the switches? Also, does the loom to the wiper motor and the main part of the loom to the engine bay connection point run just behind the lower dash/heater bracket? Maybe someone could post a few photos as that would be very helpful to understand the overall loom installation. Many thanks for any guidance on the above, it does seem quite a complex part of my restoration.

Many thanks,

Hi Paul, these images are not from me. This is not my car. They are from a former forum member here by the name of Neil.

The jacking device you're referring to looks homemade and pretty clever. I like the way he tied the two
jacks together.

Frank ,

If you keep it indoors I can drop my S1 off as a reference - Its not like I use it much these days ( or you can come over with a camera)
