Went out for a run to blow some fresh air through the car.. and it just died! The engine started on the key, but dies when not on starter. Long story short, and after pulling the dash apart at the side of the road to try and find a problem.. Ballast resistor was dead. Shorted across it with a paper clip - ran well enough to get home.

I hate electrical problems..
