Where is the heater fan resistor on a "baby" elan?

My fan speed does not change between the high & low positions on the switch, but I cannot figure out where the resistor is.

Let's plenty of mention on the forum for the it being on the side of the +2 heater housing:

But I cannot find anything for the baby elan. If someone could post a picture or diagram I would really appreciate it.

The parts book does not show anything:

Debugging the electrics is my winter project

It is on the inside. Next to where the wires go through you can see the 2 rivets that hold it on.

I can't see anything... are you looking from the LHS, RHS, high, low?

On the underside next to the motor. The resistor is on the inside you need to remove the heater to get to it.

Easy to test - There are 3 wires. One is ground one is direct to the motor (high speed) the other is to the motor via the resistor (low speed)

OK thanks.

It doesn't make much sense that I have 2 positions that give the same speed though unless someone has modified either the switch wiring, or the resistor in some manner.
