Lotus Elan and Lotus Elan Plus 2 Forums

Have just dismantled a very rusty S3 heater unit, had to drill out a few of the screws including the little Allen screw that holds the fan to the motor shaft. Even with the screw out the fan wasn't going anywhere, firmly rusted on, heat and wd40 no joy.

Ended up rigging up the setup below and pressing it off. Might be a help to someone in future
