Out of town at the moment, so can't track it down, but one of the tomes has a good diagram of the switch connections, as viewed from behind, for an S4. Could be Gordon Lund's book.

Mark send me your email address and i will send you a large file with several photos that im sure will answer your questions. I took them before replacing the wiring loom
