If only I had the money, I would buy one of those 3D rapid prototyping copy machines, works like a printer, but in 3D. Some colleagues at work have used the system to try some of their designs out before going into full scale production. Results are really amazing. Some machines use a 3D scanner if you don't have an original design, scan the part and effectively print it out.
Hate to say this but I'm sure these could be made in China at a reasonable cost.

Hello gent's,
This may be of interest to some of you.
Paid a visit to Sue Miller yesterday & in conversation she mentioned that she should soon have remanufactured indicator/side light units for the +2 in stock & that she should be able to retail these at arround ?95 + vat each, considerably less than certain other outlets are selling them for !
