Bolt Drilling Jig for locking wire

PostPost by: gerrym » Thu Jul 17, 2008 7:50 pm

Can anyone recommend UK supplier for a drilling jig for bolts. This is to help me lockwire the bolts fastening the throttle body trumpets and eliminate any chance of the engine ingesting the fasteners.

Regards

Demon Tweeks sell them here in the UK.

I am not at home at the moment so I can not look it up in the catalogue but I am sure I have seen one in there.

I have a pillar drill in my workshop that I use for that type of thing.

I think he wants a jig to guide the (tiny) drill bit in the right direction and stop it breaking. Lockwire holes are small...
