I'm still beavering away on the Lotus Fraternity behalf even though mine has now gone.

I have eventually got a Chinese company to give me a price for making a mould and producing the aforementioned items in ABS (plastic) with chrome finish.

You would get ONLY the bare shell so have to fit your own light holders and coloured lenses.

To cover the mould and manufacture there is a absolute min requirement of 20 pairs and I'm sorry to tell you that these would be 150 GBP / Pair !!

The mould is the expensive bit as it has to be CNC machined to ensure accuracy !

IF there are 20 of you want a pair at this price them I'm willing to continue on the understanding that a 50 % none refundable deposit is made by all 20 (I will have to lay out 50% cost to the company before they will start to make a mould and they will then send me one frame for approval)

Alternatively if anyone else wishes to take up this task I can supply all the emails and info I have on this chase to get someone to make them

I am more into the 2 seater elan so forgive me if I am wrong about this.

Paul Matty have brand new sidelights available so it appears this has already been done - I believe they are about ?175 and I feel certain I saw them on their stand at Donington.

I am sure a lot of work has gone into sourcing them but surely the market cannot stand 2 sources of production?
