Distributor identity

Can anyone help identify a lucas distributor taken from a 711m conversion?
The numbers are :- 23D4 41189 E 4275

Not sure about the last part of the number but the 23D4 41189 is the number that appears in the workshop manual and on the body of my dizzy (1969 +2s).

There's 41189A listed, but not a 42289E.

Chris, I think the 4275 may be the date code.ie. week 42, 1975. This is the way lucas stuff was generally date coded
