Wiper switch authenticity

I need a knob and chrome surround for my build and the rest of the switch gear / pump is superfluous.
As you can see, I have a variable speed controller and a 2 speed controller.
I wondered which was more desirable/rare and therefore which would be less of a loss if I were to break them up?
Additionally, how is the knob held on? It looks like a steel pin has been knocked in. I can't see any sign of an Allen key/slotted/posidrive grub screw.
I haven't entirely discounted getting a newly produced knob but that still leaves me with the problem of finding the chrome bezel.
Edit: Ah, spring loaded slot, I have the knob off...

Hi Graeme
Looks to me like a spring loaded pin keeps it in place. All you need to do is pish the pin inwards while gently wiggling the knob and it should slide off. Same as the +2 pull and twist lighting switch.
Cheers

The S2 should have a variable speed switch/pump as per these pics.
Your chrome bezzels are not correct as it should not have those "flutes" on the inner part, it should be plain.
Those fluted bezzels were on some other Fords of the era.
