Current Drain

Here's an interesting one, I've just fitted a new fuse box and discovered that there is a steady 520mA flowing through my lighting fuse all of the time. The only circuits on that fuse appear to be the lights and the hazards. Any ideas?

That's 6W which is a lot. Have you tried turning off all the lights in the garage and looking for what's glowing?
I wonder if it's the main beam warning light:

Two thoughts:
Earth fault?
Is your ammeter calibrated/accurate?

Top tip...don't check your lighting circuit current drain with the doors open!!

HI
with 520mA that is 6W so could be the glove compartment light or the boot light (if you have them) they can stay on if switch is iffy and U would not be able 2 C them. Agree with idea about ammeter car ammeters are very crude and really only good enough to say whether current is into or out of battery.
HOpe that helps best of luck
