Speedo drive

Hopefully cured Speedo drive oil leak , had housing machined to accommodate o ring

I did the same thing, but one more O ring between the angle drive and the adapter. So far no leaks. I guess I am just pushing the gear oil up to the next leak point.

How's it working ? I have the same problem made worse I think by switching to Redline mtf as it's thinner

Did you machine it yourself or get a machine shop to do it , and if so how much ?

Possibly a daft comment but the vent bolt blocking up does cause problems. Fitted in the wrong hole or replaced by a standard bolt wont keep a box oil tight

Well, so far so good. Was replacing the slave cylinder on the S2 yesterday and that angle drive leaks like mad. Will keep watching the one on the Plus2 to see if it lasts. If it does, will do the S2. I machined both parts myself using O rings I had in my stash.
