Starter dust cap for alloy bellhousing required

I purchased from Dave Bean an aluminum bell housing and they had no domed starter rear dust cover cap to fit ?
The aluminum bellhousing rear dust cover OD hole measures 2.75? dia.

On my old iron Ford bell housing the rear dust cover hole is smaller OD at 2.5?

Can anyone help with a source for the larger dia domed dust cap/cover?

Thxs
John

I used the metal part of a spin-on oil filter. I found one about the right size, cut it with metal snips and silicone it in place.

I see you are in Michigan somewhere, not sure if near a border area, but Princess auto in Ontario carry a trailer wheel bearing cap (inexpensive) which can be made to fit quite nicely, heavy metal and crowned so fits in chassis (I have used on two trannies) the part itself is stamped in Canada. You could check Harbour Freight ( similar to Princess auto) not sure if they would carry it.

Hi John,
Me again, I was down at the local (30km away :) store, turns out they do have a larger dia one, measures about 2.730, as what I did on the smaller ones, just made 6 saw cuts in the flange part way to enable bending three tabs 1/4 - 3/8 wide out a part material thickness and snap in nicely, (added some rtv).
Since I was staring at it I bought it so will send if you want it - PM me your address, not expensive, plus a bit of mail cost.

Mine fell out years ago.

I used a CocoCola tin for a long time but that too fell out.
