Thanks for sharing. The flat armrest hasn't bothered me from a design standpoint, but I would prefer a little padding and some nice leather. I may speak to them about one that is padded and pleated on the top but simple leather to wrap around the flat insert as with the one I have now (much like your original).

That sounds like a good plan.

In fact if the wraparound doesn?t work out for me I could trim my cover and follow exactly what you are intending.
