Are 3.54/3.55 speedometer driven gears available anywhere?

That goes with the product. If it doesn't leak, it is a bogus part. Having only a paltry 75 miles so far on the Plus2, already there is tell tale evidence of liquid on the angle drive, verifying the originality of the gear. With the number of 3.5's being installed, one would think this could be manufactured as a replacement item. There are lots of Cortinas and Escorts out there that may also use this gear. And, I have another gear set for the S2 that will replace the 3.9. I do have a speedo shop near by that can modify the speedometer to match the number of turns of the cable. Last resort sort of thing.

According to the workshop manual I think you need a 23 tooth (coloured black) driven gear. There's one on ebay now ....
