I don't believe it's published because it's not critical. The diff carrier "hangs" from it's rubber mountings, and the rubber mountings are supported by the chassis. So the setscrews that hold the mountings in place need only be reasonably tight, and the long bolts that go through the mountings and the diff carrier need only to be reasonably tight (I believe the factory used nylon locknuts here). The lower torque rod forward mounting bolts though need to be very snug to keep them from wearing away at the chassis as the diff squirms under load. I would recommend using AN hardware with proper grip length here to ensure no threads are in shear. In the US Pegasus Racing Supply and Aircraft Spruce are reasonably priced sources of AN hardware.

As for torques, if you are still concerned, you can find online generic torque tables based on fastener size.
