+1 for the Ford t-9. I have one in the shop, and it certainly looks the same.
Interesting flex coupling adaptor on the output shaft.
If it is a T-9, the top two bell housing bolt holes will likely be about 2" higher than a twin cam. Other bolt holes should line up. T-9's were generally fitted to 2.0 and 2.3L Ford motors, hence the difference.

Sierra, Type9 , the output shaft should/could have a Doughnut fitted...
