Clutch thrust bearings on 4 and 5 speed boxes are even more fun than the carrier for them
The original bearings used by Ford and Lotus were made by RHP I believe
Numbers as follows
4 speed -- 6/W 1 3/8 This has the flat platen to contact the flat platen on the original style pressure plate
ID - 34.6 mm this the 1 3/8 inch shaft inner fit in the bearing number
OD - 66.4 mm
Thickness between front and rear face - 14.25mm
5 speed -- 6/W 1.5057 This has the rounded platen to directly contact the diaphram spring fingers
ID - 38.2 mm This is the 1.5057 inch shaft fit in the bearing number
OD - 68.7 mm
Thickness between front and rear face- 15.6 mm
FKC of Japan made identical bearings under the same bearing numbers
The SKF 413708 has the rounded style platen and 38.2 mm ID to suit the 5 speed box carrier thus its listing as an alternative I believe.
ID - 38.2
OD - 63.7
Thickness - 15.5 mm
The SKF 307500 I dont have a sample of - what are its dimensions - they should match the flat platen bearing to suit the 4 speed ID of 34.6 mm if its a true alternative even if it has a rounded face that may wear more rapidly when contacting the flat platen
There are lots of no name thrust bearings sold by bearing companies and some of the usual suppliers which are cheap copies whose reliability is to be doubted. I try to avoid them
