the car is fine with no scrubbing of the front wheels at all.

I would still be cautious with the front : not rubbing at low speed does not mean that they would not rub (or worse) eventually, on a hard corner when loaded, a bump, at speed etc... this is a purely geometrical issue, the wheel can move a certain amount up and down and one cannot guarantee that when this happens the wheels will be straights.

If it only rubs marginally, checking if the arch lip width can be reduced could lead to a "quick fix".
