Rear Gearbox seal

I may have put the rear seal in the wrong way around (see picture)
Q. Do you think is this going to be a problem?

Yes, it'll be a problem if its the wrong way but yours looks correct. Make sure the lip is to the inside. I don't think its possible to install backwards.
