Clutch for Elan with BDP

Looking for suggestions on a ?streetable? clutch set up for a 65 Elan with a Cosworth BDP. Clutch needs to handle 230HP and 8500 RPM?s and still be drivable in stop and go traffic. Anyone out there experimented with different combinations?

You might look at Quartermaster. They have a single organic disc version for vintage applications. I believe it is good for 250hp but check with them.

Nice problem to have, 230bhp in an Elan. I bet that surprises quite a few modern cars
