Differential thrust washers

Hi all,
I am currently rebuilding my Elan diff unit. On stripping it I have found that the thrust washers behind the planet gears are in not too good a condition. I have managed to get 2 cup shaped washers, but cannot find replacement or second hand flat thrust washers anywhere.

Can anyone assist or has anyone a set spare... new or used.... cannot replace mine as they are broken up.
