Bit of a bump and wondering if Alan had a chance to get a sample. Just trying to figure out winter projects here, so no rush. The stuff does look promising on the web site.

By my calculation you should be able to trim eight doors from a 1m x 1.5m section. Price including VAT and UK delivery would be £75.04 making it £9.38 per door. So if someone is willing to buy one piece, cut their sections from it and sell the remainder for six other doors then it doesn't seem too bad. A lot of hassle reposting etc. but depends on how much you want the original finish.

Well today i have received a sample of the BAS International black Boxweave carpet.
It is very coarse and short haired and you can see through it to the white backing .....Not at all like the fairly thick black loop pile that we currently have.
Disappointing really, and I don't think I would want to trim the bottom of my door cards in it. To me It is just not nice to the feel with no depth and rather rough and coarse.
I am going to keep looking for now...
