Early +2 door lock

As I closed the drivers door there was a bang and the sound of bits falling inside the door. I then could not close the door.
As it's an early +2 the door mechanism is HA Viva.
Removed mech to find a round pivot fixing had failed allowing latch to jump out.
Repaired by using a set screw, nut and washers, tested ok.
Refitted into door and adjusted ok.
