Repro nose trims ('moustache') - Plus 2

I've noted RD Dent in the US show repro nose trims and I've also heard the Vince Hayden may supply them.
Does anyone know about them, how good they are and whether VH does supply and at what sort of price?
Cheers

I have the version from Ray at RD Ent.
Nice looking piece, not cheap.
Two pieces, relatively easy to line up and install.
And as ever Ray is easy to work with. Not sure of the costs associated with shipping to UK, but its small and light.

Was this piece standard on all +2, or later and fed cars?
Born, and brought home from the hospital (no seat belt (wtf)) in a baby!

Timely topic as I was hoping to purchase a moustache from Ray shortly. I had assumed Ray is offering the same part as the UK suppliers, but no direct knowledge.
Thanks for posting Nick. Could you post a picture or two and comment on installation details? How many fasteners are provided and how did you position them? The kinda blurry listing picture appears to show two fasteners, but I was thinking the original used four based on Ray’s online parts manual and my foggy memory? My car was always missing this piece, and the original mounting holes were filled when we painted. I notice that in my car it appears the moustache lower corners have to bend a bit to fit flush, so I was wondering how the part looks installed.
I was going to call Ray this week, but as he doesn’t regularly work on a Plus 2, he has to rely on our feedback to know the details on how his parts work out. Being in Canada returning parts is a pain.
Thanks in advance. Maybe this last bit of Plus 2 bling would make a great birthday present.

I think there are 4 fasteners in the picture....two are laying on their sides and two are standing upright = 4.
Not a cheap item but I think they will look really nice when fitted finishes off the "mouth" properly!

Good eye Adam! I thought those were a pair of separate clips, but I am sure you are correct there are 4 only one-piece fasteners. Assuming the lower rectangular deal somehow connects the two main chrome pieces together so the whole affair stays on fine.
Agreed on the aesthetics. Has been said here before that the complement of Plus 2 bling is just right. I thought my car looked pretty good clean shaven, but now feeling she is a bit like Hercule Poirot without some sort of moustache. Besides, easier to clean the chrome.

They were two piece and very easily bent out of shape. I managed to straighten mine to an acceptable level (for me anyway)

They're off an Anglia van Mike, shortened, turned the other way up and joined in the centre

Thanks Jon....Just had a look at the Anglia parts manual ...and there it is.
Next question...has anyone managed to fabricate a replacement from an original Anglia part ?
