The only items available from Kelvedon, TTR,... to convert to 26r headlights, to my knowledge, are:
1. The plexiglass (Perspex) covers. Note that there are two shapes for these (regular headlight pod shape and "Chinese" (apologies) eye). I have also encountered slightly different shapes and thicknesses for the "regular" shape. In any event there needs to be some fettling to size the covers to the existing openings. I am sure different for different Elan series.
2. Patterns or fiberglass plates for the vertical mounting. Need to be affixed to the body
3. Metal tabs for mounting the covers
4. Smaller headlight units themselves
None of the above really forms a complete kit. For example, no buckets are available ready-made for below the headlights.
This is really a fabrication exercise. Drilling the perspex covers on the edges can also be a bit tricky not to crack them.
Here is what mine look like fabricated from aluminum sheet:
Painted body color.
No modifications to the body or the original headlight bobbins were made, so one can revert to the original headlight system if desired.

I bought a bunch of Lucas 5-1/4 headlamp buckets a few years ago and I still have a few. However, they are for high beams and so the two pronged electric connector mus be changed to a 3 prong. All else the same. I'll look to see how many I have left, of course after I account for a pair for my S3-26R. I also had a pair of Fiat buckets that i got prior to getting the Lucas buckets and I suppose they are up for sale since I'll never be able to afford the Stratos I'd love to have.
