Elan and +2 windscreen availability in N America

I bought from here in 2017 and picked it up myself; S4 Elan windshield $405.00 plus tax. The website doesn't come up but both phones ring albeit no one picked up. Sorry, that's all I have.

I did the same 18 months ago since Andover is just down the street.

They have standard and heated screens. Shipping for one is about twice the cost of the screen. I wonder if more than one screen could be shipped for the same dough.

My Pilkington Triplex windshield from Ohio last year must have been one of the last before they shut down US operations

$325 plus $150 (boxing and shipping) delivered to a commercial address. Up charge if delivered to a residence. Got mine in May 2019 after more than a 6 month wait.

Sue Miller is collect only. In 2019, she didn't want to deal with boxing and shipping to the US.

TTR gave me a quote in pounds (2019) for an S4 clear:

Windscreen: 179 pounds
Boxing: 149
Shipping to US (with glass insurance): 386

Not sure if TTR's is original Triplex, might be Ricky Evans - though they said that Ricky Evans was a Pilkington dealer.

In Australia all of the large autoglass suppliers and fitters don't carry any stock of old Lotus screens but they will generally order one from Pilkington and it comes with their regular sea freight shipments. As long as you are prepared to wait 3 to 6 months you can get one at reasonable cost via that method. Dont know if the same approach would work in the USA
