Air vent recess colour.

Good morning.

What colour should the crashpad air vent / speaker recess be on an S3? I would have thought black, but mine are gray. However, this may be undercoat from a previous respray. The car was originally white.

Thought so. Are they gloss, satin, Matt or crinkle?
