Windscreen frame / new screen gaps S1 1/2 frame

Re the Ricky Evans heated screen, no issues to report, it was a better fit for my S2 screen frame than the Pilkington, I did however source screen rubbers made in Australia that was a custom run for the Bolwell Car Club, it had s lightly deeper solid rubber section between the glass and body flange as I'd had issues keeping corners in. I've used the same section on a S1 I restored which also had a Ricky Evans normal screen fitted.

I've since had a look at correspondence with the Sydney Glass supplier of the pilkington screen and note that their installers actually broke the screen trying to make it fit after they told me I did not know how to fit it!!! that was before they supplied a second no better.

I'd be interested to know who made the screen fitted by Alan Henderson (Racing) to Ian/Ollie Ford's car if only finds out please for future reference as I've a '63 S1 and then '65 S2 project, I have one screen spare and will need to buy another.
